So then i recived new CPU and have a long story to tell. I spent some time doing tests again.
I start with building again, on cardboard pice, only cpu, ram and cooler attached. And i got same issue as before. So i decided to do as follow:- Pull out my PSU from old build and test in new. Unfortunatelly it did not help at all.
- I borrowed different DP cable from a collegue. It did not help.
- I did memtest wchich actually showed some errors in RAM stick. So i had high hopes that both sticks are damaged but it was only one of them. I did tests with only one stick at a time and put into different slots. Here are results: ram test it turns out one is damaged and other one is fine so it was also not the root cause of my unstable display.
- And for my final test i got a different monitor. I got my hands on ACER SH272UEbmiphux. I hooked it up on the table as my desk was out of place for another monitor. And DP port was not giving any signal. Wchich i found strange since 5 minutes before it was working, not fine, but still. So i moved my old monitor to table and i also recived no signal on DP. I came back to desk, plugged old monitor and got signal with issues like bofore. I moved new monitor in place of old and after plugging it, it worked fine. Take a look here: Monitor test
It looks like in the end there is something wrong with monitor. I tried to check menu with display/ system settings on the monitor but did not find anything interesting to change.Comment

I said that my screen and cable are good becouse they work fine with my old pc. That was mine conclusion from that.
And i actually changed every single component. Including cable. Nothing helped only changing monitor made a difference.
This is my old pc hooked to monitor. video Old Looks fine.
And this is new build. Same cable same monitor. video NEW Not fine.
And in my post above you can see how does it look on a different monitor.Comment
