Open a command prompt or PowerShell and type the following and post a screen shot of the results.
slmgr /xpr

Post a new speccy report.

Do not forget to post the make and model of the PSU if this is a desktop.

Download then run Speccy (free) and post the resultant url for us, details here, this will provide us with information about your computer hardware + any software that you have installed that may explain the present issue/s.

To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:

In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.

In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.

Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.

Your ps does not have much wiggle room.
The gpu alone needs 550w and you only have 600.
If you uninstall steam and discord for testing how does it run.

wasnt that a typo on their site?

everything i look at says it takes like 130w for the rtx 3050

and the pc has always run perfectly, even now its fast and snappy, everything opens fast and runs great, its only diablo 4 that causes any problems

if my power supply was too low wouldnt that have caused problems on day 1 when i was playing games and watching streams at the same time and all that stuff?

i did install the latest graphics card driver last week when i reinstalled windows, i went with the latest one since i didnt plan on installing any games, and after you solved the problem last time the latest driver worked on everything except diablo 4. so the latest driver should be fine for streaming tv

the crash looks like it might have been just a one off, its been like 53 hours since it happened and no more issues

its just really so fishy

everything was perfect for 3 weeks, playing a bunch of different games using a few different game launchers, even the diablo 4 beta was perfect

then the full release of diablo 4 comes out and then all hell breaks loose on the pc.

then diablo 4 ran fine for a week then crashed again, just really weird why only diablo 4 is giving problems

for now everything seems to be ok so if you feel that this needs to be closed again then i think it might be time.

i feel bad for brining you guys back in and it was kind of for nothing.

i really appreciate your help again, im sure i will be back to haunt your dreams

No, things can appear to fine but while the hardware is not getting the required clean and stable power that it needs the hardware is being damaged and the GPU being the most power hungry tends to suffer first and the most, the brand of PSU also has a lot to do with it and Thermaltake are not a brand that I would ever use, the PSU in use here is only rated as – Tier C • Low-end something which this PC is not.

does this look like a psu issue? do i need a new one?

or could my vid card have been damaged from the low power and all the crashes?

and is there a certain reason that diablo 4 would be the only game to cause the crash?

Looks like maybe the power supply was an issue, my pc is dead.

was storming last night so I shut it down to be safe, last week power went out twice and screwed the pc.

turned the pc on this morning just fine, took a shower and when I came out the pc was completely off, no lights on the keyboard\mouse or in the pc at all

Unplugged it and waited a bit and tried again, nothing lights up or starts

Looks like what happened when my other psu died like 7months ago

I’m really hoping it’s just the psu and nothing else

You need a quality psu with a minimum gold rating 7-10 year warranty.

Might be time to think about an uninterrupted power supply.

If you had to get a top tier 1000w psu for a gaming pc what brand would you suggest?
I know 1000w is overkill for my current pc but I would want it for the next pc upgrade, the next pc will be a good one

I’m sorry if all the power supply questions seemed like i was doubting you guys or anything like that, I hope it didn’t come across as unappreciative or disrespectful to you or phill

Any power supply unit certified 80+ Gold (or better) and offering at least a 7 year warranty (preferably 10), and you can’t go wrong.

For example, ThermalTake ToughPower GF1 or GF3 ranges, Cooler Master, Antec, Corsair RM series.
