Yes. It’s listed as the first boot device. I think its the harddrive’s fault.

You could be right but as explained the behaviour is not typical of HDD failure.

[COLOR=rgb(226, 80, 65)]The following checks require the computer case to be opened so take the following safety precautions 1st, disconnect the power cord from the wall socket, press the case power button for twenty seconds or so to get rid of any residual charge in the system, take anti static precautions before touching anything inside, you can do this by touching a bare metal part of the case or PSU or if a notebook by touching a household radiator or associated copper feed pipe.
Remove the add on video card from the MB altogether and put it somewhere safe.
Hook your screen up to the video port on the MB.
Reassemble, power up, post back with an update for us.[/COLOR]Comment

The MB at the link that I asked you to check and confirm that it was your board only has VGA, not sure that HDMI was even around when that board was new.Comment

Not sure what you mean by “had” an hdmi port on the motherboard.
The MB details that you gave us and then confirmed that we had the right board only has a VGA port, no HDMI, no DVI, nada, the picture below confirms it.Comment

They have been used the world over for years and were shipped with most add on GPUs, only other option is hook it up to a HDTV.Comment
