    You must run Speccy after the scan, the fact that you have replied before doing as was asked in my reply #14 tells us that you are nor fully working with us, other people are being kept waiting while I answer the above unnecessary post

    You can`t put a number on memory usage as it depends what is going on at the time, BD is a decent AV but it is also a resource hog.

    We will wait on the Speccy url before chiming in again.

        Speccy looks better now that BD has gone, question though. have you ever had McAfee AV installed on this computer.

        Efficiency btw is achieved by only doing as is asked

          Hello, no I haven’t ever used McAfee before,

          Am afraid to say that the problem is still here and my monitor keeps shutting down. The weird thing is when I try to restart my pc I can hear a robotic female voice saying commands which is really weird.

          Would you like me to send MTB again??

                That is someone or something trying to install McAfee on you computer on the date shown.

                Did you stop Defender from completing the full scan of your computer.

                  Oh I have to double check on that.

                  And yes the defender scan I accidentally cancelled it a few times but I did eventually complete it

                    Do you have any unlicensed software on the computer.

                    How do you come to have OBS on the computer.

                      No,

                      Used it to record some project, I only recently installed it, but that can’t be the issue as my issue started late December

                        Microsoft Office had been flagged as a security issue.

                        Reason why I asked about OBS is because we are not allowed to help when their is evidence of any kind of streaming, what was the project and how long ago was it.

                        Going offline now as I have an early start tomorrow, will leave you to do the below meanwhile;

                        Post an Autoruns log for us, see here

                        1: Extract the Autoruns Zip file contents to a folder.

                        2: Double-click the “Autoruns.exe”.

                        3: Click on the "Hide Signed Microsoft and Windows Entries” option.

                        4: Go to File then to Export As or Save in some versions.

                        5: Save AutoRuns.txt file to known location like your Desktop > when you click on File > Save you will then get the option to Save as type, click the drop down tab, change it to Text and then click the Save button.

                        6: Attach to your next reply.

                          autorun attached.

                          the obs is for a game project i created and needed a video recording of it and this was like 10 days ago on the 7th

                          you mentioned on #10 that Nvidea drivers have also caused multiple issues will that also be covered here?

                            Update: so again tried to play a game (genshin) and like always the at a random time the issue happened but this time instead of the monitor going off (loss signal) I heard a audio buzz for a second and the monitor came back on again to the windows main menu the screen where you sign into windows to get into your desktop.

                              There are still traces of BD on the computer, see AutoRuns screenshot below, find and delete any traces of BD that you find in AutoRuns, read the tutorial section To Disable or Delete? which will help with this.

                              We need to sort one thing at a time but fwiw I notice that you have drivers easy, see my canned info below;
                              Once Windows has been installed, you install the necessary drivers for the MB and other hardware and then leave well alone, drivers should not be allowed to auto update and you should never update any driver/s unless the new drivers are intended to resolve a specific issue that you are having, installing new drivers unnecessarily can actually cause you the very issues that any new drivers are intended to resolve and uninstalling the new drivers may not resolve the problem/s that installing the new drivers has caused.

                              Depending on priority it can take many months before the driver provider releases any fix and depending on the age of the hardware or software concerned they sometimes do not even bother or may have already announced an end of support.

                              MTB will hopefully tell you what caused the latest episode.

                                hello, all i was able to find for Bitdefender was the setup downloader for it which was in my download folder i double checked the "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Bitdefender" for some file but there is nothing there either so im not sure where less the revenants of Bitdefender can be.

                                also i looked at the MTB but i have no clue to understand the error log or about what caused it can you have a look for me?
