Did you delete it and then rerun AutoRuns to make sure that there were no more traces of BD.

The Event-ID 1001 error means that the game that you were playing caused Windows to crash.

Have you gotten rid of Driver Easy.

i deleted it but on auto run i can still see the line ""File not found: “C:\Program Files\Common Files\Bitdefender.…”

so you are saying me keeping updating my drivers may be the cause of the issue?

what do I do ones I uninstall driver easy? as i haven’t used it last in like a month from now?

it is weird as the MTB show 3 different error that causes the same issue but mainly the errorID 14 i see the most so are we to say its most likely software related or is it a chance to be hardware fault?

sorry if i am getting ahead of my self at this time just worried what it could be

Once Windows has been installed, you install the necessary drivers for the MB and other hardware and then leave well alone, drivers should not be allowed to auto update and you should never update any driver/s unless the new drivers are intended to resolve a specific issue that you are having, installing new drivers unnecessarily can actually cause you the very issues that any new drivers are intended to resolve and uninstalling the new drivers may not resolve the problem/s that installing the new drivers has caused.

Depending on priority it can take many months before the driver provider releases any fix and depending on the age of the hardware or software concerned they sometimes do not even bother or may have already announced an end of support.

Get rid of Driver Easy and never update any driver unless you get notification from a reliable source that an update is needed for security reasons, never update a driver simply because it is newer or promises to boost performance, the latter 100% will not be true.

No worries but you are and as previously mentioned, one thing at a time, making sure that BD is fully gone is the first thing, then making sure that Windows is all good and only then can we look at the Nvidea drivers, if you do exactly as asked one and two can be done in no time and we can then move on to the more problematic driver issue/s.

We can look at Windows now then but can we first have a new AutoRuns log and Speccy url that have both been done after removing BD in AutoRuns and the PC then restarted.

All clear of BD now so Windows next.

Download then run the Windows All in One Repair tool from here, disregard the malware guidance but follow the other steps to the letter and in particular ensuring that you first create a new restore point and perform a proper Windows clean boot before running the repair, details for the clean boot here.

I’ll most likely going to be doing this tomorrow as I don’t have the time today to install and mess around with windows but hopefully can you answer this few questions before I proceed?

The details for the clean boot doesn’t cover windows 10 can I find an updated detailed guide to follow.

What do you mean restore point?

And will this effect my current files and documents? Do I need to make a backup?

You don`t do anything once you run the repair tool, it does everything for you.

                            Both as easy as a Google search;

You should always have a back up but nothing suggested will interfere with your personal stuff, Windows is already broken and the AIO tool is your best hope of fixing it.
