the only other suggestion I would have is to reload Windows - big hammer admittedly, but other choices are narrowing down.
my keyboard is back to work, but sometimes it suddenly disconnects and has to be removed and reinserted Again
And when it suddenly disconnected I checked the device manager and found a problem with the Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed) with error code 43 Like here

try connecting it to another USB hub, that is, not simply the next door USB port, as that would be on the same bus lane on the motherboard.

if plugged in the back, move to the front - and vice-versa.

But only the back usb port can work, the front port doesn’t work

front ports don’t work with the keyboard, or simply don’t work at all, for anything?

are they USB2 or USB3 on the front?
either way, take off the side cover and make sure the USB2 port cable goes into USB4_5 or USB6_7 on the motherboard. (the one cable does 2 ports)
if the case has USB3 ports, your motherboard does not have a USB3 header to connect into, that may explain why the front USBs aren’t working.

I don’t really know what USB version on the front USB2/3 but I will check it later on the motherboard
But now my keyboard are not working again xd, the error are same like before with the Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed) with error code 43

Now it’s working properly, I tried changing the usb on one of my keyboards and it’s working fine, so the problem is just in the usb

                    Thank you for your help

                      ok.
                      we’ll close this as solved.
PM any staff member if you want it re-opened.
