don’t worry about the IP’s.
the ones starting with 192.168 are on your side of the modem (LAN IP’s) and are only available from devices connected to your network,
any other IP’s are on the public side of the modem (WAN IP’s) and are easily discoverable on the web, that is after-all what they are for - to be easily found so your gateway and name servers all work.Comment

Really grasping at straws here- should not make any difference because your cpu does not support graphics,
Can you go into the bios- make sure Pcie slot 1 is set as the 1st display.
- disable on board graphics - I know you do not have on board - but worth a try.
- i do not know if graphics slice ratio could cause this problem.
Pics attached

sorry, this is just one of those classic problems that hit you from left field and you spend way more time on it then you thought possible, or it warrants.
it was working, changed mobo and power supply, then it stopped.
but does work if 2nd monitor is not the TV!
all the things we have tried haven’t helped, and they should have, logically that points to the TV as the issue.
so… I’m thinking this is really stupid and the answer is so obvious, we aren’t seeing it staring at us in the face.
or… and I don’t know why, that Samsung TV has just gone stupid and can no longer be used as a 2nd monitor.Comment

Yeah, at first i thought it was just a problem with the tv itself but it works fine when its by itself, maybe the tv just doesnt want to work as a second monitor, it’s tired of not being the main one, idk lol, well, thank you all for the help, probably just going to give up at this point, if at anytime you guys have an idea just let me knowComment
