would be simpler if the memory ports had direct access via a back panel, but in this case, looks like you have to take off the entire back panel.

but RMA it would be my recommendation.
if they canβt replicate it, they should at least replace parts.
Ok, got it. Right now Iβm trying with it to see if the bios updates at least stops the reboots(even though the errors after I shut down still pop up in the event viewer). I think that I know the steps that I have to take. Thank you.
