I have a lenovo ideapad 310 15-ABR and I want to delete all my information from it. I want to donate it to my local school because of all the home schooling children are having. I have been given various instructions but unable to do them as the required button/ app etc not on my laptop. Please remember I am over 60 and not too good with this stuff. Yhanks to everyone in advance.

If youβre running Windows 10, thereβs an easy method to do this.

[li]Open Settings.[/li][li]Click on Update & Security.[/li][li]Click on Recovery.[/li][li]Under the βReset this PCβ section, click the Get started button.[/li][/ol]
Code:5. Click the [B]Remove everything[/B] option.

On the side of your Laptop there is a tiny hole with this image [ATTACH type=βfullβ alt=βScreenshot 2020-10-17 195120.pngβ]7017[/ATTACH] . This is the NOVO button.
Shut down your Laptop, and insert one paperclip (or the tool used to reset a smartphone). The Laptop will start, and will present a menu.
Select Recovery and proceed from that.
