Hello, I have problem with my laptop (HP ProBook 450 G0).
When I start the laptop it loads HP loading screen and windows loading screen, then it freezes. And fans are running on maximum after freeze
Does the laptop boot into Safe Mode? What Windows version does the laptop have installed? Does the computer hard freeze at the same spot in the boot process every time?
I fresh reinstalled Windows 10 and when I complete install, I have 5 minutes and after that it freezes.
And always in the same spot it freezes.
But when I reinstalled it freezes in windows.
So after performing a fresh install of Windows 10, it hard freezes but it works in Safe Mode? Hmm it could be a faulty hard drive.
Do you have a replacement hard drive or an SSD that you can install in the laptop and then try performing a clean install again and see if the laptop still freezes up?
