I ran some tests including an Extensive test on the system test, a processor test, a memory test, and a hard drive test. All the results showed passed with no failure

I will be honest with you and say that this does not look good for Windows atm.

If you have Windows on a USB thumbdrive I would suggest that you boot from that and try to repair Windows that way.

This type of thing doesn[ICODE]t just happen and the two main causes are running out of free storage space on the HDD/SSD and a bad update being installed, the first one is the fault of the user but the second unavoidable as you don[/ICODE]t know that an update is bad until it is too late.

How much free storage space is on the HDD and do you know if anything updated just previous to this happening.

If using a computer and not a mobile phone, please avoid adding multiple posts while waiting for us to reply to your last, edit your last post to include anything that you wish to add, this will ensure nothing gets overlooked which can sometimes happen if a thread has more than one page, it avoids filling up folks inbox and last but not least it amounts to bumping your thread which puts folk to the bottom of any reply list.[/COLOR]

For the multiple posts, I am sorry, I was not aware of this being an issue and I will not do that again.

I know that One Drive was giving me messages about it being full, but I can’t remember having an issue with running out of disk space.
I am pretty sure there was an update last time I was on my computer

I don’t think I have ever had Windows on a USB thumbdrive. It is my school pc that I bought through a school offers.

I do have an empty USB drive if there is a way to get windows on there.

No worries, we have to read everything on screen to make sure that nothing gets missed and reading quoted replies is both unnecessary and unhelpful.

OneDrive is Cloud related and so not taking up space on the HDD so most likely a bad update.

You will need an empty 16GB or above USB thumbdive for this, see Create Windows 10 installation media - you want the second option USB flash drive to use on another computer, get this sorted then post back and let us know you are ready for the repair.
