Could be a heat problem.
Power off the computer & unplug the power.
Touch a it of metal to discharge the static in your body.
Remove the GPU and check/Clean the fans. You can normally use a paint brush or a can of compressed air.
Before putting the card back in check the back of the computer.
if there is an onboard video test with that.

I cleaned it yesterday and that somewhat fixed the issue but it still shows up occasionally.

I have the MTB txt file attached below. Changing power plan to balanced didn’t make a change.

I believe that would be correct as I have not changed any of the parts in my computer at any point.

Another thing I will point out is that the flickering between applications as seen in the 2nd video I attached only happens between Roblox and either Google Chrome or Discord both of which I have GPU acceleration enabled on. When I have GPU Acceleration disabled on Chrome the visual glitches in the first video I have attached have never appeared.
