    Have you made the other two changes that were mentioned.

    Have you downloaded and saved to a USB thumbdrive the drivers that were mentioned would be needed.

        If Malwarebytes is a paid for product make sure that you have the product code written down and kept somewhere safe.

        Clean install Windows, disconnect from the internet, install the chipset, SATA and then the GPU drivers, restart, and test by using the computer as you normally would, post back with an update after all of the above has been done.

        Please do not install any third party programs until we are done here.

              Ok and one last question if I would put the rtx 4070 ti super into this pc would it bad should i change something or it is enough?

                For your Spec of rig you would need to upgrade the PSU to a 750W Gold efficiency rated unit from one of the following, Corsair RM range, EVGA, Seasonic or Super Flower, seven year warranty minimum but preferably ten.
