Hi!
I recently experienced a problem that I can’t figure out. Suddenly my monitor turns black when trying to access BIOS. The PC boots normally into Windows 10, and everything is in order, graphics, games, etc…
But as soon I try to enter BIOS, my screen turns black, and nothing happens. I have had my computer for about 2 years, and everything has worked before. When I connect a HDMI cable, then everything is normal, and I can boot into BIOS without problems.
Tried to change to another graphicscard with same displayport cable, and then it works. I’ve also flashed bios up and downgrade, checked my RAM, updated drivers…everything.
My specs are:
MSI B550M pro-vdh wifi
Ryzen 5 5600X
4x8mb HyperX 3200 RAM
Sapphire Radeon RX 6700XT 12gb
MSI Optix MAG24R monitor
Can it be my GPU that is starting to die? This GPU is only 3-4 months old since I got a new one (warranty)
