      Apologies for the delay getting back to you, working seven days a week leaving little to no time for the forum atm

      Uninstall anything to do with Razer software, this is what is causing some if not all of your gaming problems.

      Windows is also shown to be having issues.

      You need to enable XMP as you presently have a bottleneck.

          Use the computer as you normally would for now and see how things go.

          It is patch Tuesday/ Wednesday so Windows will be installing major updates so be sure to also create restore points before installing these.
