The revision number for the MB i think is VER.2.1 sorry if that’s not it as for the GPU its still the same the fan speeds up and slows down also for the parts I bought the ryzen 5 1600 in 2021 and I just got the new MB today if nothing else ill try taking out the MB entirely
So you are getting nothing on the display?
Is monitor cable connected to mobo or GPU? (dumb question but it needs to be asked)
I would be dismantling the whole thing and reassembling on a piece of cardboard.
Only connect the bare essentials to get a signal on the screen, so at this stage not even a keyboard/mouse, one drive, no DVD, one RAM stick, the GPU, that sort of thing.
Once you get the screen to show anything, then you can add more components to the test bed.
I’ll look more into that as it’s a loaner CPU for me to boot my BIOS? I don’t think I’ll qualify for it tho. anything else or is my PC just cursed lmao?
I only did the bare parts (CPU, GPU, One RAM, PS) no start-up no display, or anything but I noticed the GPU fans are still acting funny as they go fast slow fast repeat but now its faster
Have a look here https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/B450...MAX-II/support
AMI BIOS7C52vA12023-10-3116.80 MB

It might be worth opening a support ticket with MSI (on my link)
And ask is there a way to confirm bios on non bootable computer.
Why do you think you are not eligible for the AMD loan Kit
I am not 100% sure why but I thought that my motherboard got shorted and was a bit outdated so I decided to replace it since it affected the fans and the KBM I thought a new PS would also do the trick but as we see it didn’t, I’ve checked the CPU and all the pins look fine and doesn’t seem to have anything wrong with it as it was running perfectly but i don’t know I don’t mind spending the money for a replacement part i just need to know what part to replace would getting a new CPU fix the issue or GPU? I also did make a web note see when they’ll get back to me also the kit is asking for info that i don’t have anymore lol
