PC problems/ No keyboard lights, no post, no bios, etc

Im in great need of help as one day I was playing when my PC suddenly turned off and it wouldn’t turn back on again, the PC would have power as the fans would work but they would go fast then slow down and repeat, so I tried all the usuals but nothing would work so now I got a new MB, RAM, and Power Supply but now my PC doesn’t have the fan issues anymore but it still won’t have power to the keyboard and mouse and still won’t put anything on the display so please any help would be great.

    My specs for the PC:
    Ryzen 5 1600
    MSI B450M-A PRO MAX II
    T-Force Vulcan Z DDR4 DRAM 16GB
    Powercolor RTX 570
    AGV Series 500W Power Suppl
    1T Blue Western Harddrive
    256 NVME SSD
    NZXT Case

    Help please.

No, you’re good anything to fix my PC:
they are 2x8 with 3200 MHZ and I’ve tried switching slots and putting only one in and so forth
and yes the CPU, Case Fans, and GPU fans turn on and run well

            Remove ram
            Power on
any beeps or anything on screen?
            If not
            Power off
1 ram stick in slot B!1 - Closest to the power connector
            Power on.
Is the keyboard connected to USB 2.0 Port Black connector?

The only other option I can think of is that your BIOS does not support the CPU
and the bios needs an upgrade.
Can you see the revision number on your MB
