The last couple of weeks my pc just shuts down randomly especially when Im playing games. It doesnt turn off completely but the lights turn off and my screen goes black then my pc restarts or it just shuts off completely. I’ve tried a lot of different solutions like trying to go off my event viewer errors. But im not completely sure if this is hardware or software related, cuz my pc isnt that old or something i build it last year.

Is your Windows OS legit, it doesn`t look like it.
Only way to fix this is to clean install Windows as explained below, strongly suggest that you do not reinstall Ryzen Master any time soon.
Once Windows has been clean installed you must then install first the MBs chipset drivers then the storage/SATA drivers and third the graphics drivers, the drivers can either come from a disk provided by the motherboard manufacturer or downloaded from their site and saved to a flash drive etc, this is a must and Windows should not be allowed to check for updates before it has been done as more often than not Windows installs the wrong drivers or in the incorrect order and this can cause all sorts of problems.
The reason why this procedure is so important, the chipset is what enables the MB to be able to communicate with all the hardware + are the first drivers that Windows looks for on boot.
Once the above has been done you need to manually OC the RAM to 3200MHz being that you cannot enable XMP because of compatibility issues.
I bought my window key from a certain website I think its legit. What do you mean by saving the drivers to a flashdrive because when i downloaded all my drivers i just booted up the pc and downloaded them from their website on the same system.
If you look at Speccy you will see for yourself that A: No Windows updates have been installed because they are failing and B: there are no system drivers having been installed, likewise we can see in MTB that you use modded software and at some point that your have used Patriot RAM as opposed to the G-Skill that we see now.

And that is exactly what you should not do and for as to why not was explained in my reply #8 as is how you should go about installing drivers.

Just a fyi, you can still purchase legit product keys for W7 and 8.1 but Windows 10 not so because it is end of life next year and users have to purchase W11 keys now
