    Problem introducing a second monitor

    Hello!

Does anyone know if my monitors go into power-saving mode if I insert a second monitor?

I can only operate both for a few seconds and then enter this power-saving mode, the unit remains open but the monitors no longer light up.

I also changed the battery from the motherboard, cleaned the ram memory, and restored the power plan to default, but without effect.

    Thanks!

    Hello

    Try this.

    And quote:

    [ol]
[li]Click the Power icon on the right side of the desktop taskbar.[/li][li]Click the blue “More Power Options” link at the bottom of the pop-up window.[/li][li]Click and enable the “High Performance” radio button in the Additional Plans section in the lower half of the Power Options window.[/li][/ol]

              let’s get all the specs…

get Speccy from here; Speccy - Download Builds
in Speccy, click File > Publish Snapshot > Copy to Clipboard > Close.
now you can paste (Ctrl+V) that link into a post.

One component Speccy doesn’t cover is the Power Supply Unit, so please also include the make/model of the PSU.
