Click on Download tool.
When asked choose the option to create install media for another computer.

Have created again install on usb - pc is now back to windows set up, where do you want to install windows, windows cant be installed on drive 0 partition 1 ?

If you click on Drive 0 Partition 1 it should go blue.
Can you either format or delete the partition?

What is the drive size you are using?
Is it 2TB or larger?

Also does the error message mention MBR or GPT
