Couple of things of note but will mention the two most important first + ask a question.

The BIOS is way out of date.

The drivers were installed in an incorrect order after Windows was clean installed.

Once Windows has been clean installed you must then install first the MBs chipset drivers, then the storage/SATA drivers and third the graphics drivers, the drivers can either come from a disk provided by the motherboard manufacturer or downloaded from their site and saved to a flash drive etc, this is a must and Windows should not be allowed to check for updates before it has been done as more often than not Windows installs the wrong drivers or in the incorrect order and this can cause all sorts of problems.

Question, how do you come to have Business software on a personal computer.

      +1 on updating the BIOS.
I wondering if there’s a fault with the hardware’s connection to the Motherboard.

Why do you have a work station operating system installed that is more for workstations networks and not personal computers?

        Operating System
Windows 11 Pro for Workstations 64-bit

Which may fall under terms of service.

If not , then why and what is your best alternative ?

See what happen when you remove BullGuard Antivirus and use the built in one from Windows.

sorry we weren’t able to nut out a solution for you.
please PM a staff member when you get some news on what was required to fix the PC so it can be included in this thread, and hopefully help others.
