Couple of observations;

Asus prime h310m-k r2.0
I5 9400f

You will not get any video from the port/s on the MB as they will only work with a CPU that has on die graphics and F versions of Intel CPUs do not have this.

The MB requires a BIOS update to be able to work the i5 9400F.

Maybe do u have idea how to update bios if pc doesnt working ? or i need get other cpu with integrated graphics then update bios ?

You cannot update the BIOS without having an 8th gen CPU that is compatible with the earlier version of BIOS that the MB has, AMD have addressed this type of issue with their latest boards by enabling users to update the BIOS without even having a CPU in the board.

Now that you have alternative RAM I would put the CPU back in the MSI board and try the replacement RAM to see how that goes, you must 100% do both of the following, properly clean off and reapply a fresh amount of thermal compound and have a keyboard connected to the MB when you power up, the power on self test will fail if no keyboard is detected.
