System won’t boot, only beeps

I insert new MB today, Asus prime h310m-k r2.0
I5 9400f
DDR 4 8X2 2600MhZ

i had old MB MSI H310, she’s beep 3 long times, i think it was MB problem, then i buy new one Asus prime h310m-k r2.0. And now beep different.

and what are the beeps now?
have you tried removing that graphics card and using the integrated graphics instead?
also try only one memory stick at a time, in different slots and see if that helps.
did you check the old memory is compatible with the new motherboard?

1 (long) + 3 (short)

Conventional or Extended memory failure. Remove added memory, or reseat the installed memory sticks.
