      you can try a bios update
      BUT if you get it wrong
      you have a door stop

      BUT it is not working now

          USB would be best option

              Yeah I have a usb but it works only on my pc and I have nothing to work with

                              DO NOT REMOVE THE PROCESSOR !!!

                              geez dude - slow the heck down.
                              you got yourself into this mess cause you played around in an area you had no idea of the consequences of.

                              if you have tried both the options to reset the CMOS, that is, removing the CMOS battery and using the jumper pins on the mobo, that should have reset the BIOS back to factory settings.

                              as PeterOz as suggested, you changed voltage and now it still won’t boot, probably indicating faulty memory.
                              my last suggestion is to remove the memory stick, and witha soft bristled brush, wipe the sticks circuitry and pins, then use the same brush to wipe the mobo RAM slots. put the stick back in and cross your fingers.

                                But 2 days ago i added toothpaste to my processor That’s why I want to clean it.
