If I Turn On The Pc It beeps 3 times and it Pauses and beeps again.

Remove all ram
Insert 1 ram stick
Test
If no boot
Turn off computer
Put same ram stick in other ram slot.
Test
If no boot
Use other stick of ram same test

I have Only 4 gb ram Stick I tested in both slots but It didn’t work and iam gonna remove the processer and clean it and I will test it.

Is blink only half a second

I think That Cleaning processer would work I have searched in YouTube I got that clean processsor pins would help anyways i will tell you that i worked or not.

Yeah. I have Integrated Video card and yes it blinks only half a second
