PC is locking up when under load and when idling

      Both drive are showing no bad sectors that is a good thing.

      That is if Windows Back up is turned on.

      There may be leftover from this that can be still causing issues.

      Please download MiniToolBox and save it to your desktop. Run the program by right clicking on it and selecting Run as administrator. When the program opens select the following boxes:

      Flush DNS
      Report IE Proxy Settings
      Reset IE Proxy Settings
      Report FF Proxy Settings
      Reset FF Proxy Settings
      List content of Hosts
      List IP Configuration
      List Winsock Entries
      List last 10 Event Viewer Errors

            Lets create a new windows account and see if logging in with the new account works properly.

            If it works correctly that will show that the user is corrupt and not Windows.

            On the affected user uninstall Kaspersky which you can reinstall. Prior you may need to find the License number that way you can reinstall correctly.
            Overview of settings and features available in a Kaspersky application and guides on how to use them.

              Alright so a few things

              I uninstalled Kapersky, then went to make a new user account, and it crashed as soon as i got to the login screen. went back and made it an admin account and i was able to get in, booted up a game, and just sat in the menu for 10 minutes, but as soon as i joined a server it crashed and went to a green screen. I went to go log back in to try it another time or two and the new account is gone, like i have to make a new one

                      Sorry i dont mean to keep replying to the thread, just wanna give as much info i can.

                      Something interesting happened, where i was watching youtube, and it crashed, which it has never done before. I left it on for 4 hours yesterday and came back to it. After it crashed, as i was about to power down i heard a Windows alert that was like something was just plugged in or connected to it (like when you plug in a flash drive) Nothing happened but its never done that before, not sure if it’s relevant

                        We could reset the network back to defaults and see if that clears any of the online issues.

                        Through Windows is
                        eset the network on the system

                        Open Settings
                        Click on Network & Internet
                        Click on Status
                        Click on Network reset
                        Click the Reset now button
                        Click Yes to confirm and let your computer restart

                        It may take a few extra time for the system to completely reboot since it is rebuilding the network then try the network and let us know.

                        The other way is to run some commands through the Administrator Command Prompt.

                        Open an Administrator Command Prompt

                        Type the following commands, pressing Enter after each command:

                          No i didnt, i just looked through my programs and i dont see it anywhere?

                          So i did the network reset. I tried using google earth for about 10 minutes actively clicking around, and no crash, so that mightve fixed that.

                          Also just wanna note this, almost every time it crashes i check and get this error in Event Viewer. Not sure what DWM is but figured it might be important.[/color][/color]

                            Doing some more reading have you tried reseating the Graphics Card?
                            Which means to (with the system powered off and discharged) remove and reinsert the display card and reattach the power if there are any.

                              Yes ive done that quite a few times, along with re seating the RAM

                                Go into the BIOS and turn on the XMP.

                                How is the system running?

                                Which slots are the RAM in?
                                Check the manual and or the Motherboards site to find out.

                                According to speccy they are in Slot 1 and 2
                                According to the motherboards site they should be in A2 and B2
