    How is the system running?

Which slots are the RAM in?
Check the manual and or the Motherboards site to find out.

According to speccy they are in Slot 1 and 2
According to the motherboards site they should be in A2 and B2
I turned on XMP and that appears to have solved it! Im hesitant to say 100% just because its only been an hour but this the best its been yet, and im actively trying to do the things it did when it crashed.

I know you may not have these answers for me and thats alright, but what is XMP? And also if i turned it on and it fixed the problem how come this problem just started recently?

Some times a BIOS update will reset some of the features and settings.

XMP is a form of over clocking RAM.

Before we close it out test the system for a few days and let us know.
