No problem (y)
You will need to use a HDMI display for the following as that is all that your MB (motherboard) has, you must also be getting an actual “No Signal” message on the screen, if you are not getting such a message it could be the screen that has a problem.
The following checks require the computer case to be opened so take the following safety precautions 1st, disconnect the power cord from the wall socket, press the case power button for twenty seconds or so to get rid of any residual charge in the system, take anti static precautions before touching anything inside, you can do this by touching a bare metal part of the case or PSU
Take off the side of the case.
Remove the add on video card from the PCI-E slot on the MB.
Make sure that your RAM is seated properly.
Connect your screen to the HDMI port on the MB.
Connect the power cord and the keyboard to the PC.
Power up to see if you get any video signal.
Post back with an update for us.Comment

Yes, pop it back in with the add on GPU removed from the PCI-E slot on the MB.
The PSU being weak and not a good brand could just mean that it is too weak to power an add on GPU but is enough for the MBs integrated graphics.Comment

If you want to use the PC for gaming you need an add on GPU so it goes without saying that you need a new PSU.
Now that you know the PC itself is ok you need to get the present add on video card tested in a computer that has an appropriate output and quality PSU.Comment
