    Hello

When you tried to start the pc up again, were any fans running? If not you may have a psu issue..

Give us your complete pc spec’s,including complete psu spec’s..

More than likely the psu you have has failed.. The Bronze psu’s are just basic and your gpu card needs the the majority of the 450 watts your psu provides.. I suggest that you go with a 600 watt or higher gold standard psu with at least a 5 to 10 year warranty.. These warranties will help you stay away from the psu’s that are just crap..

If you look at the total max on the 12 volt it is just 320.. The gpu at minimum needs 350 to 400 watts..

                        Replace it way under rated.

Surprised if not already you have not burned out something.

I am not very experienced but that sounds very bad if you said my gpu needs 450.

                              As @phillpower2 has stated

No way should that PSU be being used anywhere near a demanding build and especially one that has such a high end GPU like an RTX 3060Ti, 80+ and Bronze efficiency rated PSUs are only intended for use with entry level desktops that only have integrated graphics or the most basic of add on GPU that requires no supplemental power dongle from the PSU, this from proven brands such as Corsair, EVGA and Seasonic.

Your build must have a minimum of a Gold efficiency rated PSU from a proven brand such as Corsair, EVGA or Seasonic. Which power supply do you need?
