If you really want the best of help with this you need to provide any and all requested information;
Had you of done the above when asked you would be far better placed to make a decision than you are now, #3 on the list is the most pertinent of required information as what you describe has all the hallmarks of weak or failing PSU.Comment

OK - let’s get the Speccy report and see if that sheds any light before we blaze forward with a fresh reload.
get Speccy from here; Speccy - Download Builds
in Speccy, click File > Publish Snapshot > Copy to Clipboard > Close.
now you can paste (Ctrl+V) that link into a post.
the only thing Speccy can’t give us is your power supply specs.
you’ll have to take the side cover of the tower case and note down the details off the sticker that should be on the power transformer box.Comment

so get an external hard drive and copy onto it any folder you think you want to keep.Comment

I just went back through this thread and must have again missed where you pointed out you thought it was the fan.
if it was purely fan related, I would have thought your issue would have presented itself in general PC use, not just with games, even though games would stress the CPU the most.
I assume you have played some games for an extended period to stress test it?Comment
