If you need assistance you are going to have to provide us with something to work with Lawliet97 :unsure:
Please provide information about your computer, is it a custom build or brand name such as Dell or HP, if a brand name, provide the model name or series number, we also need to know what version of Windows you are running, 7, 8.1 or 10.

Couple of questions and a task for you to do for us;
Is it a new drive.
How have you tried to initialise the device.
Can you open Disk Manager to full screen then grab a screenshot and upload it for us, the steps are below and can I ask that you please follow them to get us what we need.
Access Disk Management via Run.
Press the Windows+R keys to open Run, type diskmgmt.msc in the empty box then press OK.
To capture and post a screenshot;
Click on the ALT key + PRT SCR key..its on the top row..right hand side..now click on start…all programs…accessories…paint…left click in the white area …press CTRL + V…click on file…click on save…save it to your desktop…name it something related to the screen your capturing… BE SURE TO SAVE IT AS A .JPG …otherwise it may be to big to upload… after typing in any response you have… click on Upload a File to add the screenshot.
Screenshot instructions are provided to assist those that may read this topic but are not yet aware of the “how to”.

some source said i still not lose my data now, is that right?
Polite reminder, do not quote previous posts, I have to read every post from top to bottom and it is most annoying to do so only to find no new information in them.
1: Not good news.
2: Should be in a black USB 2.0 port.
3: That is not a good sign at all.:
Connect the drive to a USB 2.0 port, restart the computer, check the Device Manager to see if the drive is picked up under the USB/USB Hub devices, also, let us know if there are any yellow ! or red Xs in Device Manager.
Make sure that the drive is plugged in and turned on.
Click on the WD USB hard drive device that we can see is highlighted by the yellow !
Right mouse click - Uninstall
Turn off the external USB hard drive
Turn on the external USB hard drive and see if Windows finds and install the drivers for the device.
Post back with an update.
