    my hard drive led constantly blinks and no boot normally

    when i turn on computer hard drive led constantly blinks every second and boot completed after about 15 minutes.
    but if i press Restart button on the computer case, normally boot in about 45 second and no blinking after restart (every thing is ok after hard restart).
    Please help me

    how old is the HDD?
    what are the SMART values. there are plenty of programs that can tell you those, Defraggler by Piriform being one example.

    my money is either on a failing drive or a corrupted OS.
    you could try a fresh install of Windows 10 as a first step.
    but personally, I’d also take the oppurtunity to do that on a new drive and upgrade to a SSD, that why you’d be killing a couple of birds with the same stone with the added benefit of breathing some new life, performance wise, into an old’ish machine.

        HDD old = less than 2 years.

        My System is old ?! no!
        my system config is in my first topic, please see top of this page!!!
        with hddlife and hddtune scan and everythings was ok.
        i format all hdd and new partitioning and clear install new windows (for 2 times)
        I installed win10 enterprise and also enterprise LTSC, but the result was the same.
        please help me :cry:

          get Speccy from here; Speccy - Download Builds
          in Speccy, click File > Publish Snapshot > Copy to Clipboard > Close.
