i see something intereseted here.. i tried to clean install my windows like you told me and tried to download motherboard drivers chipset and other stuff so it start again to freezing and reseting and doing like before… i tried to disable my Graphic card and its work normally now without freezing .. so it may be this..is my GPU problem?

I find problem.. It was the part of the pcie expres slot for gpu where it goes from the motherboard to the gpu i dont how its called.. So i tried to connect gpu directly to the motherboard and it worked perfectly.. but i think i will need new PC case(now i have thermaltake P3 core just to have imagine how it looks) ..
