I can't install my PCE card into my motherboard

Your pc shows the video card correctly aligned, so this would indicate the motherboard to case orientation is ok. Try removing the appropriate case card blanking plate and fit the wifi card in one of these 3 slots below. If that doesn’t align and that card is the one you quoted, and the one I pictured above then there is something really strange going on here.

I think you should take your pc and card to someone experienced like a repair shop and ask them to investigate.
