hi again everyone my other computer is also a Dell Inspiron 2330 w/ core i7 Windows 8 upgraded to 8.1. The problem with this one is when I start it once it gets to the Dell logo screen it never gets past it just stays there looking liked it rants to boot but never does. It will eventually shutdown after awhile.

There is a difference between a computer turbning off/shut down and one that goes to sleep/hibernate.
It might just be that it hibernates.
You need to look at the lights.
