When I tried to boot into safe mode to do the nvidia removal this is what I get.

Seems since you are unable to get into safe mode, this will be the next logical step.

The 2 files I posted from Everything app about vpn and bitlocker. Do I need to do something there?

Yes. But doing the repair comes first. Because the repair may replace the bitlocker files.

OK It turns out I was choosing the wrong option to get to safe mode. I am in safe mode now and running DDU, do I choose “clean and restart” or “clean and do not restart”? Can I install the drivers without restarting after removal?

Ok. I will check over the logs and remove any traces of installed vpn and make sure to remove any startups for bitlocker. I should be home in an hour.

It locked up before I did the DDU. They do not seem to be as frequent though

Download Autoruns and Autorunsc Unzip it to your desktop and then right click [IMG alt=“Capture.PNG”]https://pchelpforum.net/attachments/capture-png.9995/ Run as Admin.
After the scan is finished then click on File----Then click----Save
The default name will be autoruns.arn make sure to leave it this way.
