OK I will run the bitlocker thing. The link you provided explained it was part of win 11, since I have win 10 I assumed I didnt have it.
When I ran O&O App Buster my pc locked up and for the first time it unlocked up but closed the O&O App Buster app. So either we are making progress or that that was a lock up of a different type. I am hoping we are making progress lol Thank you so much btw for hanging in there with me and helping.
The lockup I am getting is …chrome browser stops responding. I can right click on the taskbar or open start but anything I choose to open doesn’t. Or when I have one app running and I am in full screen mode in a game lets say and when I come out of the game again nothing is responding. It baffles me what it could be. Right click Run HijackThis! as admin! (located in the folder …Autologger\HijackThis)
Do a system scan, then check each item below, [COLOR=rgb(184, 49, 47)]make sure and only check the items listed.
Then click Fix checked.
The computer will need to reboot, allow it to do so.
Look in the Autologger folder and drag out the CheckBrowsersLNK file.
To your desktop.
AutoLogger\CheckBrowserLnk
Drag and drop onto the ClearLNK utility .
After saving ClearLNK to desktop.

Uninstall with Geek Uninstaller any VPN service, you can reinstall later if you wish.
Install Everything search.
Right Click on the VoidTools application and Run As Administrator.
Type [COLOR=rgb(184, 49, 47)]VPN into the Everything Search Window.
Now Click on Edit Then Select all.
Right click highlighted items.
Select Copy full name to clipboard.
Post the result here.
Repeat for [COLOR=rgb(184, 49, 47)]Bitlocker
Download and run the Chrome Cleanup Tool. Remove any un used extensions.,
Ok, download DDU follow all directions to remove the Nvidia drivers.
Re-install Nvidia drivers with this tool, NVCleaninstall. Uncheck everything except the drivers. Thanks to @xrobwx71 for instructions.[/IMG][/COLOR]
