Do I just uninstall all the vpns? And what is a tencent software?
Yes, in add remove programs remove anythng VPN related, and as far as tencent software its the program below.
Gameloop (HKLM-x32...\MobileGamePC) (Version: 1.0.0.1 - Tencent Technology Company)
Once the machine is completed the checkdisk then run the fix I provided, and the O&O software and the windows update blocker and provide me with a fresh FRST and addition.txt as well as a new ZHP diag log, I will then remove anything related to Tencent and any VPN remants that remain.
On a side note… Once all the software issues are taken care of we will look at temps, laptops are notorious for slowing down due to heat issues, and if you have never cleaned the fans we will address that as well,
Sorry I wasnt able to access the website yesterday. I finished with the fixlist.txt but I didnt get any fix report.
I am gonna continue with the frst after this.
Go ahead and run the fix again. There should be a file named fix log on your desktop, after you run it. I need to see if a certain file has been removed.
Sorry I encountered another problem. So what happened was that I couldn’t access the website so I thought that maybe I should update my drivers(internet says that outdated drivers could slow the computer?). Now my laptop wireless adapter couldn’t see any wifi. I uninstalled it from device manager but it didn’t work.
