    Download and unzip farbar service scanner to your desktop, check all boxes and hit scan.
    Post the log created.

    Download Everything search engine, type cmd* and then right click >>>edit >> select all, copy full name to clipboard and post here in your next reply.

    Try and run the command prompt with this tool, let me know if you are able. If command prompt opens with this tool, then you are automatically running higher than admin. Then use the all in one tool thru this tool, and that should restore your permissions.

        I am able to run command prompt through PowerRun. I will try runnig the All in One tool through PowerRun and report back promptly.

            Download system drive permission restore, unzip it to your desktop.
            drag and drop onto the power run x64 bit tool, you need to be running the 64 bit version.
            When prompted type C: then 10 for windows ten.
            Reboot after completed.

                                            3. Double click in Power Run.

                                            Nothing happens from here? No cmd prompt window opens?

                                                    Ok.. It wouldn’t run in Power Run, but i was able to run the SysDrive restorer as administrator and it came back after processing with the attached report.

                                                    Tried to re open in power run and now it will open. Running now
