I don’t mean to be rude or smart but for all the time trying to import - a feature that doesn’t seem to work properly for you - you could have typed in the usernames and passwords.

Sometimes when something takes too long to figure out, I simply forget the “easy” option and do it the long, slow way. It saves me time and a headache.
