It appears to be on the way out.

ALSO it see,s that many people have this same issue with the Realtek RTL8723AE Wireless LAN 802.11n

Seems that it is outdated and not able to connect to modern routers.. Can you connect via ethernet and use this tool to see if there is an update? I usually do not suggest these types of tools, but worth a shot in your case.

Award-winning driver updating software, DriverMax is the optimal solution for your computer. Works swiftly on Windows 11, Windows 10, Windows 8.1, Windows 8, Windows Vista, Windows XP. Keep you PC up to date with DriverMax!

I suggest only trying to find an update for the wireless driver only.!!

Also, create a restore point prior to the update/

Your HDD is definitely on its way out…

You can get online via Ethernet, so this is definitely an issue with the wireless card itself.

Create a new user, test that.

            https://www.lifewire.com/create-user...dows-7-3506832

Get yourself a wireless usb dongle, test that.

I would back up that drive and replace it before doing much else.

I mean create a new account and see if the issue remains, but most likely the real issue is the hard drive, since it is failing that can cause multiple issues and until that is resolved our efforts are basically futile. Once you have a new hard drive then you can really work the issue out from there if it still exists.

You just log into it like any other account then see if it will connect.

Or enable the built in admin account.

Since you are able to go online with ethernet, that indicates the network is fine. The hard drive is simply failing it is starting to go…

Your event viewer logs and two well trusted programs say it is failing. It could last for years longer. Or it could fail tomorrow. Point is that it is starting to fail.
Can you get ahold of wireless usb stick? They are pretty cheap.

Just copy the products from that link and search for them on websites available to you in your country.
