Uninstall any third party antivirus/firewall, reboot the machine.

    Reset Network settings to default.

Overview of settings and features available in a Kaspersky application and guides on how to use them.

What is the make and model of your machine?

Are you able to connect via Ethernet? So that you can get me some logs so I can see what’s going on. If you can download it via Ethernet and then unplug the cord and run the tool, that will allow me to possibly see the issue.

Please download MiniToolBox and save it to your desktop.
Run the program by right clicking on it and selecting Run as administrator.
When the program opens check mark Select All Then hit GO
Please post the log in your next reply. Attach or copy and paste, whatever is easier for you.

Are there any yellow question marks in the device manager?
Can you open the device manager[COLOR=rgb(184, 49, 47)] click on Network Adapters and take a picture with your phone and post it here.

There would have been an ethernet cable in the modem/router you connect to, any chance you still have that one, or the box it came in?

What is the make/model of your modem/router, and of the wireless USB adapter you have plugged in?

Do you have any third party antivirus &/or are running a virtual private network?
Have you reset the network settings?
                      Have you run the troubleshooter?
Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters and select Run
