    Work from home wifi

My work from home setup doesnt allow wifi, its disabled in the system (and you cant just go into settings and reenable it) so its ethernet only, are there anyways around that that you guys know of to make a wired only pc still use wifi? Like would a usb wifi adapter work or maybe something like this

Or can i hook it wired to a nearby pc that DOES use wifi as a bridge of some sort so that it uses the wifi from that other PC?

Otherwise id need to find a 100 ft cable to run around my house and that aint happening.

Would also depend on who disabled the wifi and why?
If it was work, then they probably went further and locked the PC down in other ways, for example, not installing new software, or new hardware!

Because they’re so concerned about security that they disallow wifi instead of giving you vpn.. my other job was like that too

And that is why we should not be giving you advise.

A waste of money is why, vpn is more of a gimmick.

Agree or disagree - they have their reasons, and our forum rules do not allow discussion on this sort of topic.
All the best @Antoine, but we must close this here.
