First thing you will want to do is bring up an elevated command prompt. Then copy the content of the code box below. Paste it into the command window and hit enter.
[ICODE] wmic nicconfig where (IPEnabled=TRUE) call SetDNSServerSearchOrder ("9.9.9.9", "208.67.220.222") [/ICODE]
This will change the dns server to the best listed by the tool as per screen shot you provided.
