It seems you have not gotten a response from someone as of late, sorry about that.

To help this move along, I have a few questions.

Have you tried checking for a firmware update on the router?
Have you tried to perform a proper power cycle on both the modem and router?

Answering these questions will allow us to further diagnose the issue.

99% sure the answers are yes and yes.
For the final1% - Please define what you mean by a β€œproper power cycle”

To be sure about the firmware - I’ve just requested from optus to push the latest out to my router.

A proper power cycle would be to first unplug the modem and/or router for 30 seconds.
Then proceed to plugin the modem first and let it power back on(usually another 30 seconds).
After the modem has powered on, plug back in the router and allow it to fully power on.

If you have completed this as stated above, we will move on to the next troubleshooting steps. Please confirm.

Yeah i’ve definitely done that - I left them all unplugged for a good 30+ minutes and plugged modem in first, then 10 mins between each cabled device on it, then the router, then the same ~10mins between each device, and powered each device (camera / PC’s) after plugging them in

            Thank you for the response.

Just so we get up to date with the current issues.

What are the current issues you are now having even with the original router? This may seem repetitive, but I just want to make sure we are all clear on the current problems. Especially since I was not the original person working with you.

                Thank you for this information.

This sounds like something I myself would prefer to be hands on with rather then giving instructions on troubleshooting.

For this reason, I will go ahead and stand back while one of our more network oriented members continues to assist you.

Can you remove the main pc from the network, and tell me if the same issues occur?
