can i connect Ethernet cable again or should i stay with wifi? also is it ok to put Kaspersky back on?

It’s safe to say kaspersky was not the issue here, so add that back if you wish.

But, it seems to me the issue went away when you switched to wireless. So you might want to leave the Ethernet unplugged.

If you do plug it back in, make sure the wireless is disabled in device manager.
