Butβ¦the Outlook problem is suddenly back. It worked perfectly for five days and now it solidly fails. Canβt get it to work even after canceling and re-sending the email 4-5 times.
I went and changed the AT&T outgoing port and now it works (at least for the moment). AT&T apparently has two ports and they alternately fail. So I see I have to keep switching the Outlook settings between them.
