Hi, I opened the laptop about 10 mins ago, and there was no BSOD which is a new change compared to the past 1 week or so. So, the app might really have been the cause.
Is it okay to keep the thread open for a few more days so that I can post here if I get a BSOD again.

I never thought of uninstalling that app. Also, could you recommend another app that can allow me to control the fan speed like this app? or is it not recommended to do that?
    Thank you so much.

        Yes.

Fan Control is a free software that allows the user to control their CPU, GPU and case fans using temperatures.

I use this on roughly 15 PC’s at home/work. Love it.

hi, got a bsod again when I started laptop earlier. The same critical process died error and stuck at 0%. No dump file created.

            Here is MTB.

Also, I confirmed one thing. When critical process died bsod happens and I turn the laptop again. When I open my league of legends game, it gives this error.
I have to restart the laptop again for this to go and the game to load properly.
I can confirm this now because yesterday when the laptop turned on without any BSOD, I could run the game immediately at the very first start.

Open your settings in the App, click on edit sources, take a screenshot, upload in your next post. Also, click on About and tell me what version you have including what’s in parentheses.

I submitted a support ticket to the riot.

The fan app’s version is 226 ((NET 8.0) . I downloaded the portable version and extracted it.

Try it with the NVApiWrapper unchecked. After you uncheck it, restart the App.

Make sure you have the .NET8 runtime installed.
