[HEADING=1]Probably nothing serious. PC seems to be functioning fine now but just to be thorough I’ll describe it…
This is pertaining to the error message that’s popping up for a split second every time I shut down/restart my PC. I can’t link the photo I took so I’ll type out what it says:[/HEADING]
“explorer.exe - Application Error”
[HEADING=1]“The instruction at 0x00007FF9CE9FA9DD referenced memory at 0x0000000000000024. The memory could not be written.”
“Click on OK to terminate the program.”[/HEADING]
As I said, it only remains for the briefest of moments before the PC automatically continues the shut down process. It’s causing no issues that I can see but Reliability History does log: “windows was not properly shut down” every time I shut off/restart…
Feel free to ignore this and close the thread unless you think it’s actually a serious issue.
