      Sorry I should have tested the link.
      Try this. Scroll down to the first How to Video
      Click on Me for recovery video
      As mentioned if you do this and it does not work then it should be hardware.

      If this works then you can backup all the drivers and use Nuke from space.
      I suggest this way as you are getting a device error.
